The Magic Within
Each wand from Dryad's Fingers is special, ethically and responsibly harvested from woodland, riverside, and moorland during my adventures. I then season the wood for one to two years before trimming and shaping, working from 40 grit down until the wood is smooth, yet the grain remains noticeable. Charms are carefully chosen, and the handle is bound in leather or wax-treated cotton. The wood is then sealed with natural beeswax, creating a wand with a unique connection to nature and magic.

If you could only pick one wand, a good all-round wood would be Hazel. But, for a truly personal connection, get in touch and we can match you with the corresponding wood for your birthday. This creates a natural resonance, more attuned to you rather than a particular type of magic.
Affinities and Impressions
Ultimately, wand selection comes down to affinity for the wood and what you believe to be a beautiful wand. Rather like a Tarot deck, you build a connection through use, but first impressions do matter. We carry a wide range of crystals, charms, trinkets and charm bottles, which we attach just above the bound handle. but if you are a purest, you can simply choose the wood alone.
Inspired by British Legends
I tend to use mainly the native species from the British Isles. They have a place in our unique history and an aeons-long link to our land and heritage, both Celtic and Witchcraft.
